Refund policy

WARRANTY

We care about our products and always do our best to deliver them to you in the best possible condition. However there is always a slight chance of the product getting fouled or damaged on the way. In this case you can claim under warranty.
It’s stated by the law that your claim under warranty needs to be made within two months of first stating the flaw/damage. If the product fails due to defects from our side, within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.

COMPLAINTS

There is always a slight chance for things to not go as planned. If you have any complaints regarding your order or a product we kindly ask you to contact us about this matter first via info@trust-amsterdam.com. 
For dutch customers; If we fail to come to an agreement this way, there is the possibility for you as a customer to report the dispute and ask for mediation via Stiching WebwinkelKeur https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/.

From February 15th, 2016 it is possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints via the ODR platform from the European Commission. You can find this platform via http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.

REFUNDS

If you wish to return your order, please make sure we receive the purchased goods within 14 days of receiving your order while being in its original state, unworn, with tags and the original invoice.

Option 1: use our return portal

If you would like this option to make a return or exchange, please download your return label through our return portal. After filling in your country, track and trace (barcode), and ZIP code, you see all your order information in your order dashboard.

At the bottom of the page, you are able to download your return label by clicking on the button. This will then send you to the payment page after which you get a label to download and use to return your parcel.
If the return portal isn't working correctly, please send an e-mail to info@trust-amsterdam.com.

Option 2: send your order manually

If for whatever reason, you prefer to choose your carrier yourself, you are of course free to make this choice. In this case, we expect you to download the return form and add it to the order.

We also want you to send us an email with the digitally completed return form and the proof of shipment that you received when you sent the order.

After we’ve received your return as described above, we will make sure you will get your refund within 7 to 10 business days on the bank account linked to the order, or we will send you the new item in the next 3 days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and any customs clearance or customs fees. for returning your purchased item(s).

Thank you for trusting us. We hope you love your new purchase, however, if something isn’t right, we are happy for you to return it for an exchange.
